Switchropes are a new style of skipping rope which allows the user to quickly interchange between rope thickness, working different muscles groups resulting in a great full body workout.
Our thickest rope is 8mm (0.27kg) which provides a tough upper body workout focusing on the shoulders and core. Then we have the 6mm (0.18kg) which acts as a standard rope ideal for normal skipping and warm ups. Finally the 4mm (0.08kg) rope which is a speed rope which would focus more on high intensity cardio workouts. T
here are also additional handle weights (0.01kg) that can be inserted.
The spring lock system allows for a quick and easy interchange between ropes and switching up of your workouts!
